THEMATICAL TOUR:
THE POLITICAL PRACTICES OF ART, EXPERIMENTAL FILM, NEW MEDIA
New Media Center kuda.org, together with the guest Želimir Žilnik, is conducting this public exhibition tour with the special focus on film and new media exhibition chapters: The Continuous Arts Class: The Novi Sad Neo Avant-Garde of the 1960's and 1970's, integrally presenting the new DVD release dealing with the analysis of the work of Želimir Žilnik, TV Gallery - the exhibition installation dedicated to the curatorial work of Dunja Blažević on Radio Television Belgrade and also to modernist conception of television, and As soon as I open my eyes I see a film - Experiments in Yugoslav art in the 60s and 70s, the chapter with special focus on the archives of Kino Clubs and their importance in the development of the cinematic expression within Yugoslavia.

CURATORIAL STRATEGIES: CONTEMPORARY ART AND THE REPRESENTATION OD THE PAST
Why the exhibition Retrospective 01: Political Practices of (Post-)Yugoslav Art is, at the same time, the historical exhibition and the exhibition of contemporary art?
By putting the emphasis on different curatorial strategies applied in the process of mediation of theses and ideas represented at the exhibition, Jelena Vesić will, throughout this tour, examine the forms and formats of the exhibitions of contemporary art and their role in the construction of the notion of "contemporaneity".
 
Saturday, 26th of  Decembar, 13:00 - exhibition tour by Zorana Dojić (art historian, co-editor of the catalogue), Radmila Joksimović (art historian, exhibition coordinator) , together with Vladimir Jerić Vlidi, colaborator on the project and technical consultant of the exhibition, who will address media-related aspects of certain works and exhibition as the whole.
